Bartolommeo Fumo (died 1545) was an Italian Dominican Order, Dominican theologian. Life Fumo was born at Villo ("Villaurensis"), near Piacenza in Italy.Nicolli, Francesco. Osvaldo E. Fumo (born July 27, 1965) is an American politician and former Democratic member of the Nevada Assembly. He represented the 21st district, which covers parts of the southern Las Vegas Valley. He is currently a candidate for District attorney of Clark County, Nevada. Biography Fumo was born in Arlington, Virginia in 1965, the son of an Italian immigrant, and moved to Nevada in 1976. He graduated from Bishop Gorman High School in 1983 and from the University of San Diego in 1987. Fumo received his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in 1995, and practices law with the firm Pitaro & Fumo. Fumo ran for the Assembly in 2016, prevailing in a three-candidate Democratic primary and defeating incumbent Derek Armstrong. On November 3, 2020, Fumo unsuccessfully ran to become a justice on the Nevada Supreme Court. Vincent Joseph Fumo (born May 8, 1943) is an American politician, lawyer, and businessman from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A Democrat, he represented a South Philadelphia district in the Pennsylvania Senate from 1978 to 2008. On March 16, 2009, he was convicted of 137 federal corruption charges. On July 14, 2009, he was sentenced to 55 months in federal prison. Fumo Liyongo
Fumo Liyongo or Liongo was a Swahili writer and chieftain on the northern part of the coast of East Africa sometime between the 9th and 13th centuries. He is celebrated as a hero, warrior, and poet in traditional poems, stories, and songs of the Swahili people, many associated with wedding rituals and ''gungu'' dances. Liongo himself is credited with many such songs and poems. Oral tradition is generally coherent in describing Liongo as a king or prince of Pate Island. Several towns on the Tanzanian coast claim to be Liongo's birthplace. He is supposedly buried at Ozi. Fumo Madi ibn Abi Bakr was Sultan of Pate, Kenya (1779 - 1809). Around 1800 the Pate Sultan took over Lamu, however, they were deeply resented by the people of Lamu.
